Infinite Love – The Alexander C. Smith Foundation Inc. is recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as a tax-exempt public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions to the Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Our tax-exempt status is effective May 5, 2026.  

Our foundation is in its organizational phase, building the resources and partnerships needed to carry out our charitable mission.  As our organization grows and begins fulfilling its mission, this page will be updated regularly to share how contributions are being used, the programs we support, and the positive impact made possible by our donors and community partners.
